John made this daunting process easy. Wow. I've been relocated by my Boston based company and needed to find housing quickly. From initial inquiry to handing over the keys John has been there helping us. John is responsive and listens. If you want a realtor that doesn't push or hurry you, provides far more services than just unlocking a door then you simply go with John. We loved finding our new place with John. For the last 8 months, we have been looking at places and haven't had any good experience with realtors. All they did was unlocked the doors and then pushed us to submit an offer that was equal or higher than asking price so they can close and get their commission. Absolute opposite with John! In the first place we met him, he actually discouraged us, and we are now so happy he did that. Instead, he worked with us throughout the next few weeks to find what went with our budget. At no point did we feel pushed or rushed by him. Also, he's very knowledgeable in any construction/remodeling questions, tactics for a great mortgage, and negotiating with the owners. We now found and closed on our cool new place which is way bigger and nicer than we thought we could afford in this crazy market.
